The idea of not having law and order reminds me of the stories of the old west and how lawlessness reigned over many places. California with its "progressiveness" has become a poster child for a Communist takeover of a one-time lovely paradise in our country. They love chaos and lawlessness and those who can't decide if they are male/female. They run around like chickens with their heads lopped off, they scream, cry, yell, demand to be heard, and it is only making things worse. You cannot have decency and structure unless you have laws and adherence to laws. The President is trying to provide these things to CA and other places but they are so far into lawlessness and out-right Communist thinking that they don't see how very close they are to losing everything.
